I LOST a lot of money switching to geiko

It's true...they qutoed me one rate, I sent them my money, the next day they told me they made a mistake and that they couldn't insure me for the rate they quoted me.

How is this possible? I don't quite know. All I know is that it will take me 10 days to get a refund (which I'm sure is enough time for them to make some intrest on)....
