I've really been considering trying acupuncture for my back pain, and especially my neck pain (oh freaking hell does my neck hurt). I was just wondering if anybody here has tried it, preferrably for back or neck pain, and how usefull they thought it was.
my auntie does acupuncture, and she swears by it, for evrything, i've seen her sticking big needles into her own knee and start twisting them n stuff, she even reckons she can help u quit smoking with acupuncture.
now that I think of it, any alternative treatment suggestions are whelcome as well :) .
eeeerm, either get a good massage, one that'll hurt so much you will be in pain for 2 days before u get better, or just smoke some smelly shit to numb the pain.
yeh ive gotta have it dun on my back every so often cuz i have to go to the oestopath every 2 months, hurts a lil at first (cuz i dont like needles, and pins 4 that matter) but u soon get use 2 it.
i had acupunture when i was serving a prison sentence back in 1999 i had five little needles in each of my ears because i had a anphetamine problen and they put me in for it and it fucking WORKED i was amazed how relaxed it makes u feel i do it again if i could afford to pay for it i would say go ahead its cool
