i have almost 1/2 lb of kava in my house & i don't know what to do with it. I tried putting it in the blender with some milk but it tasted so bad I couldn't drink enough to get any effects.
then i tried just mixing it with some water & it was like chalk & kept clogging up :(
how are you supposed to take that stuff?

You did it right, you just have to choke it down.
I found no matter how much i diluted the milk it still had the same discusting taste, so i put a tablespoon or 2 in a small amount of milk and jus took it like a shot, I did that a couple time, but i guess i didn't have enough kava to get any results
kava doesn't do much.
you could buy those empty pill capsules and make your own kava pill utopia
they might sell em at health food stores
