My trip to the garden

I am soo happy...I just started growing seedlings, and was bummed out cause I got no smoke...well while emptying my ash tray in my compost pile, something caught my eye...

There were two pot plants growing next to each other. One is about a foot and pretty beaten up by bugs a stuff, and the other is a foot and a half, showing her white hairs to me.

Today is a great day. :)

Wow cool, so i'm guessing you don't check them often, if they have grown a foot and a half without you even checking them... lol

sorry, couldn't resist saying.... but like, how can you sow some seeds, and not even check them in the time it takes to grow 1.5ft? lol

Nah, I empty it my compost pile in my back yard, along with leaves, lawn trimmings, branches, etc.

I dont use that soil for potting plants.

And I didnt know they were growing there...my ashtray has seeds in it, thats were I empty it. A couple survived and grew.

I have a big yard, I dont visit that part very often.
