i was just wondering for absolutely no reason if you can grow tobacco when your under 18? i don't know why i asked that because you probably can.

i think tobacco growing is hard and a long process from grown plant to smokeable product, but thats just what ive heard

A tobbacco plant doesn't have all of the same additives as your common smoke. The companies add things to the smokes to kill you faster, and to get you as addicted as possible. All of those chemicals don't grow naturally in the tobbocco leaf, so if that is what you're after, free cigarettes, then you are mistaken.

didnt jps buy some sort of rights to produce cannabbis joints if pot was ever legalised in the uk ?

You mean like pipe tobbacco right? I've had the cherry pipe tobbacco in a joint before, very tastey.
