unfortunately, we have some treaty with the americas where we can, even though any government with a bit of sense would charge a canadian citizen under canadian law. I mean lets face it, I don't think emery should be punished, but if we must appease the states we might as well give him a canadian slap on the wrist, few months in prison perhapse.
if there is a protest in my city however, I'll definately be there.
I'm just hoping my friends theory proves true. He thinks this whole incident will push canada further toward legalizing it, and if there's any justice in this world it will.
