Newby Smoker w/upcoming test.

Okay. I rarely smoke pot. I smoked on the 16th of May. I think it was probably just one joint between 4 people. I also smoked this past Friday, the 11th. I only took a couple of hits. Maybe 3 or 4 hits off of it and it was pretty decent weed. I might have a drug test for this job that I REALLY need this upcoming week. There is no telling when I'd have to take it though. It could be as soon as tomorrow... I've been drinking as much water as I can handle and taking two One Source multivitamins a day. I tried drinking some pickle juice and RealLemon juice every once and awhile. Do you think I should even worry about it. I've read somewhere that if you are an infrequent user that the THC could clear out of your body pretty quickly. I don't know... if anyone has any answers... or ways to fix this... please respond...

I also wanted to know if weight/fat content had anything to do with passing a test. I don't look fat when clothed, but I do have what I consider a high body fat count. I have love handles and a gut and what not... anyways... I know THC is stored in body fat... does this effect my chances of diluting? Thanks again...

cananewby, in GENERAL, an occasional/1 time smoker such as your self will drop below testing cutoff levels in 1-5 days. If your test were tomorrow, that would be about 28 days since you last smoked. You'll be fine. On test day, have an extra cup of coffee or OJ to insure you can urinate on demand and you'll be good to go. Hope that helps. N2

Thanks for your help... but I'm just making sure that you read the post right. I smoked on the 16th of May AND the 11th of June (which was just last Friday.) I only hit the peice about 3 times this past Friday though... I'm thinking the drug test will probably be in a couple days... so if you are right about the 1-5 days then I SHOULD be fine... I just wanted to know that you incorporated both dates... Thanks :)

If it were tomorrow then it'd be 3 days ago. You could always get someone else to piss for you and put it in a condom and tape it to your thigh. I think with all the water you should be fine though. Drink a cup of tea. Maybe dilute, but I wouldnt.

You may want to dring an extra cup or two of coffee, or tea as ndhawk suggest, to dilute your urine a little bit and you should be good to go.

This is what u do. Vinegar will only will only raise the ph of your urine. Don't drink large amounts of water days before the test because your causing yourself unbenificial discomfort. Water does not get THC out your system faster because it is only fat soludable. Water only dilutes the THC in your system. It's like putting a lot of water in kool-aid, only that your putting a lot of water in your body so that the machine can't detect it. So just drink about 8 glasses of water first thing in the morning. Piss a few times before taking the test because this urine is dirty and contains alot of drug metabolites. When u piss in the container don't give the beginning or end of the stream, give a mid-stream sample, make sure it's enough though. And right you should start eating big so that u put your body in a fat storing stage. This will keep all the THC metabolites in your lipid tissue (fat) and out of your urine.
