more weed quality help!

today i just bought a quad for a hunred, and i got kinda shorted, by i have been assured by many people i trust that its top quality, called "cali bud", because, you guessed it, its from california, but ita has a lot of tiny leaves still on the bud, and it isnt totaly dry/cured, but i ahve to say, it nocked my staright on my ass, and for 5 hours strong, it smoked about 3 bowls in a dry bong(not water :( ) and it was extremely extremely dank tasting, bit my mouth on the ass(what?), and now i am extremely fried,....still...
who thinks i got ripped off?
