I recommend Anonymizer. It is not free, but its speed and ease of use make it worthwhile.
You could also try Metropipe. A Google search of Metropipe does turn up talk of scams, however.
Beyond that, you can setup SSH proxies manually. Get Firefox and FoxyProxy and have at it...

If you have any problem figuring out how to use it, just look at the documentation. It's as anonymous as you can get when it comes to using proxies.
