coming down on acid.. my 2 cents

man this shit is POWERFUL. my whole world was knocked upside down for a night (and i'm still coming down.. still a little trippy but it's hard to tell since i've been up all night trippin). but if any of you reading are thinking to try it.. be warned. know what you're getting yourself into. don't DON'T do this if you have something important to do (like break up with a significant other). if you read the brackets you know what i mean.. i'm in college and we went to my friends party and i was so fucked up that i avoided him the whole night and ... yeah.

but all the colors and trails and stuff are really cool for a little while but then you kind of want everything to make sense again. all i can say is that this shit is very very mysterious. what it will do to you is for you to decide. i was giggling for a few hours, laughing so hard my face still hurts from smiling, having a bad trip and freaking out not knowing who i was or where i was for split seconds and not remembering. then sometimes i was very very quiet yet very content.

if you are a smoker then keep lots of cigarettes around.. i think i wanted to smoke bowls only because i wanted to feel high b/c it was familiar.. but it didn't even work. it's sad when i smoke pot and can't even feel the high b/c i'm trippin so much!

anyway the moral of this ranty thread is that i wanted to try this for awhile and i finally did.. and i'm glad i did but i think i was just so taken aback by it all... and i'm really tired but i can't sleep and i'm waiting for this acid to go away so i can get back to my normal life! but if you want to trip then whatever you do DON'T DO IT ALONE your first time. b/c you will have the need to explain what you're going through and people not on it won't know what you're talking about and just think you're insane. have people to trip WITH and also have one or two people that you are VERY chill with kind of watch over you and make sure you don't do anything stupid like try and fly or something. and always do it with people you trust b/c otherwise you will tweak out. all in all.. just remember it's a trip and will go away eventually so just enjoy it while it's there.
