Involuntary Out of Body Exp?

I'm not sure, it may have been a dream, but I think I may have had an involuntary out of body experience last night. It was around midnight, I was trying to get to sleep. I start to doze off, and the next thing I know I'm looking out of my back screen door.

As soon as I realize this, I feel this incredible force on my body. It's like a thousand hands are pulling on me, then passing me off to another thousand hands. Eventually it feels like the hands throw me towards my room, I'm just flying towards my door. It feels like I'm going 100 mph, but I'm only moving a short distance at a time.

I'm floating, trying to control myself but I'm just being hurled towards my room. I travel through my door and this is where it gets fucking scary. It felt like there were demons all around my room, staring at me. I could just feel them all around me.

Now, throughout all this my vision was very limited. It was incredibly dark, blurry, and I had a very narrow tunnel vision. I think since I was out of my body, my mind was trying to place images based on where it felt like I was. This is why I think it was a true OBE, and not a dream, because the vision was unlike any dream I've ever had. Also, the force on my body as I was floating was incredibly realisitic.

I eventually land back in my bed, I never saw my body laying there while I was outside of it, I was a bit disappointed. As soon as I was back in my bed, I woke up. It was about 12:30, and I still had some lingering feelings of those demons. I didn't feel comfortable or safe at all, I couldn't fall back asleep. I turned on Cartoon Network to get some humor back in my mind, but nothing was funny. I still had this terrible feeling. I was actually really scared that this might be the feeling I'd have for the rest of my life, this terrible feeling of being surrounded by evil.

I eventually did get back to sleep around 1:30, and this morning I felt pretty much back to normal. But last night was unlike any dream I've ever had, and I think I had a true OBE. If they're all like that, I think I'm gonna give up trying to have one voluntarily. Way too scary.

i was about to fall asleep when i found myself on what i guess was my roof, horrible scary faces everywhere, and i kinda could feel that pulling sensation, vision not so good, then a faint voice in my head, almost demonic, in a language i could never imagine, i had to shout shut up really loud for it to stop, i felt myself being shoved right back to my bed at extreme force, couldnt sleep all night, scared shitless for 2 days,
i didnt make a single thing up, honest to god
i wonder if it was just a nightmare seems to weird to have actually happened, and so simmilar to what you described, that shit is scary

i had a dream like that 3 yrs ago except that i ran through a doorway and 2 girls sliced me in half and while i was lyin on da floor i looked at this demon shadow and it felt like some force pushin me down onto the floor but felt weird but cool. after that i became evil

In May I visited Indonesia for the first time. While coming back from some wild night at 3 am to my hotel room. (which was a suite) with my buddy and i in the suiite, sharing.

I lie down, staring at the ceiling waiting for the usual drift of sleep to overcome me, as I was kinda restless.......suddenly there was this MASSIVE weight on my chest. And I felt the prescence of a man like on me, I quickly turn around to see if my buddy is anywhere near----he's passed out on his bed across the suite. I swear Im YELLING his name out like someone shot me, but not even a syllable comes out.

It was the worst 20 seconds ever.....couldnt move, barely could breathe....and the funny thing is....when I was younger my mother would complain all the time about this...I was like "ok..must be the boogeyman ;)"

but now i know there's some fucked up dimension out there we can't see yet!

Do you guys have any guardian spirits to watch over you when you sleep? Even though you might have obes, it's allways good to have some spirit guides or guardians to watch over you and guide you through the spirit realms.

How the fuck do you know if you have a guardian spirit watching over you, do you look blindly and ask if there is someone watching over you, that sounds scary as fuck.lol

There's one theory I learned about that might explain some of these experiences (especially the ones in which people were experiencing pressure on the chest.) Apparently, the brain regulates the body during sleep by essentially paralyzing it. So, sometimes, the mind wakes up while the brain still believes that the body is asleep, which results in a sense of "being trapped." Because of the paralysis, people who experience this describe the feeling of someone sitting on them...actually some researchers believe that these occurences might explain some alien abduction stories. It doesn't match your OBE, but rajking's story seemed pretty similar to what I've heard.

That's not really scary, because if it was, then you'd know. Guardian spirits are really good for the most part. If you're scared by them, that might be a way that they can get your attencion. By scaring the shit out of you, they're saying, "Hey, we're here and you might need us for a while!". They're letting you know that they exist, and they are probably trying to give you some kind of message. You might be able to find lots of texts and web pages about this sort of thing, but beware of the new age side of things. It is good to read upon that view of spirits, but they're not to play around with. There is also a thing called a thoughtform, which is a black shell of spirit material with a sort of life of it's own. It is usually a container filled with lots of negative emotions and thoughts, and of course, once it gets too big; it starts destroying anything and anyone that comes within it's path. Sorcerers know how to use these forms for many of their purposes, and they can be quite effective if used properly. That's why when you see something dark and grotesque while you're in a dark room, it is usually a thoughtform. They've been known to mess with mechanical things such as, coocoo clocks, and they're also vary hard to get wrid of. The traditional exorsism will not work on this sort of thing, that will only make the matter worse, and that can produce bad results such as, physical injury or death in some cases to the exorcist or the ocupants of the building. It is vary possible to incounter these beings that are devoide of any inteligence while you're journeying through the astral realms and the lower plains of the spirit world.

I don't think it was guardian spirit.. I think I just had one crazy ass experience. There is, still, the possibility of it all being a very elaborate and realisitic dream.
