Does smoking weed sometimes make you dry? (girls)

I've noticed a few times that smoking weed before sex makes me kind of dry down there. Doesn't happen everytime, but its shitty. Does this happen to anyone else?

I cant say it has made me drier no way.What makes me dry is the other person obviously not doing thier job lol.
