Some Probs i need help with PLZ READ

Sup ppl. i got a couple probs i need salved. i live in MI and got a plant out side. not sure of strain (green bag weed seeds) its a lil over 9' tall female i know for sure will be ready to harvest if it lives buy early late sept early oct. but every time i go out there there are Grasshopers or locust on my baby eating.thats one. two there is alot of brown spots like shes geting old or dieing not on the leaves but towards the base and on parts of the main stem. also on some of the branches. three theres leafs turning yello and some leaves are dead mostly in the middle of the plant where it gets less light and some on the branchs. i also see some eating on the plant like bugs but don't look like an all you can eat fest yet. what do i do to solve the probs?? Grashoppers i have no clue. the browness i think is just age. yellowing not sure. it looks really health other then that you look at it from a distance she looks beutiful lol. any info will help thx

Sorry man I have no grasshopper advice....I know most nurserys sell pest killers...or check on here for crickets. ....hope it works out

what about the brown spots??
