bringing pipes on airplane

hey guys can i bring my small metal pipe and glass pipe on the plane..? im not really sure thanks

I would definetly say dont bring it why take the risk I would bring papers or nothign at all and buy some when you get where you are going not worth the risk of getting into trouble for paraphenalia.(sp)

If your paraphenalia does not smell like weed then ofcourse you can bring it on the plane.. shit if you can order it from the internet i dont think they would mind if you take it with you... it is an item that one must not leave behind, that and porn. :D

as long as it's unused (or completely clean, i.e. no residue) you'll be fine. if you're not 18 or over it might cause some problems for you, but it is almost definately going to be found since it's metal. make sure it's clean, and if you're not 18 get someone who is to carry it for you.

Make sure nothing has any resin in it or smells like weed AT ALL. If they do find it and they cant prove you have been smokin herb with the two pipes they may just take them anyways. They can do that im sure.

One time we were going back to Cleveland from Mexico and my mom had a pair of little sisors (sp?) in her suitcase and they got by the security in Mexico. Then in Cleveland they searched her bag again and found them and took them even though we werent going on another flight. So i believe they can take any weapons or paraphenalia.

Based on the stupidity of your question, I'll take a shot in the dark and say NO, you can't clean your shitty pipe up well enough to pass through security.

im guessing your bringing it back from europe? id say it safe as long as you dont have any resin in it, dont take it on the plane, leave it in the suitcase, but not hidden in like a cereal box or something... they might find that odd... idk, if you like the pipe take it but clean it.

yea i forgot to tell you that too, dont' try to hide it or conceal it any way, remember it's for your uncle who's an avid tobacco smoker and a collector of foriegn items ;)
