Stocking up? DXM off shelves?

I heard some where that products containing DXM will be pulled off shelves in the near future and replaced with something else. I dont know if its true or not, but I had friends and myself buy alot of Delsym bottles..

Any one know of this pull rumor or if its true or not?

I vote rumor. DXM is in nearly EVERY cough medicine available OTC. What's Robitussin supposed to do... go out of business? That's not going to happen. In fact, that is what is powering this little epidemic: Money.

Probably what they are talking about is pseudoephedrine. However, gelcaps are still available. SWIAJ could tell you how to defeat them, but you are better off not knowing.

thisis about pseidoephedrine and meth making not DXM its sudafed that they may be putting behind the counter and limiting purchases to 5 a month so DXM head dont worry and deslym suck imo im more of a straght up robotussin feind (or at least i was)

Some stores where I live do check ID to see that you are 18 to buy DXM, would not be surprized to see this become more common, or even the law. Especially if we keep talking about tripping on Robotussin on the net. Oddly, my local wal-mart does not check ID for DXM, strange because they check for superglu and BBs, and about a million other things.
