In the first survey since cannabis was reclassified from Class B to Class C, 11 per cent of pupils had taken cannabis in the last year, down from 13 per cent in 2003. A statistic that will add weight to those who said de-criminalisation would not necesairily lead to increased use.

dude i was watchin the news earlier they wer sayin 25% of 15 yr olds have smoked cannabis, 85% hav got drunk, n then they sed "the most shocking fact of all" 4% of 11yr olds hav drunk alcohol in the last week dododoooooooo

Yep, it better be legalized while we are still young-ish so we can appreciate out youth a lot more, and go around tokin' as teens lol
