A QUEBEC CUP - How to get it started - help please

hi every one , i obviously from montreal due to the fact that the quebec cup originator is still undergoing legal battles and has not been able to resume the quebec cup , myself and a few others are willing to get one started up again , what i am asking for is if anyone would be able to point us in the correct direction to get this started , i have contacted a few people in holland who are involved wth the cannabis cup there , there respond was nothing but rude and unhelpfull, they were actually pissed i had asked them , either way idf there is someone out there wth some knowledge of how to get the ball on the road would be gretly appreciated
