ok... i hate to be a dumbass but what is dxm???

i have no clue as to what dxm is and nobody else up here in the nw does either can somebody please explain

Dextromethorphan, a common, over the counter cough suppressant that happens to produce dissociative anaesthetic effects at high doses. The active ingredient found in Robitussin.

Dextrmethorphan hydrobromide, a chemical commonly used in cough suppressants, but sometime used excessively to give the user a high. Man i love that high. haha, to bad my liver hurts like a mother.

The active anti-tussive* ingredient. There are often several active ingredients in cough preparations. :p

p.s. I loooooove DXM, but keep its use to a minimum. The 'wow' factor definitely fades with time, like many other hallucinogens, unfortunately. On the rare occasion that I actually pick some up, I enjoy it, but it just isn't what it used to be.

Ok I'm kinda clueless too. So basically you're just chugging down cough syrup? I honestly didn't hear of this until I joined this site. So what's the high like.... kinda floaty and hallucinating? So basically anybody can buy this from a drugstore and get high?

Yeah thats pretty much what it is. I only tried it once, but I just went and bought the little bottle of Robitussin (I think it was DM) and drank the whole thing. Took a while to kick in, but it was an enjoyable experience and I would do it again. There are many cold medicines that contain DXM. The safest are the ones where DXM is the only active ingredient. I don't know a whole lot about it and can't give you much more info, but that's enough to get you started.

I like it a lot. Just know that for some people (atleast me??) I get a different high almost everytime. Sometimes I'm very spiritual, sometimes I'm lazy, ect ect.
