my dad seems ok with it...

well i was talking to my dad in the car about weed (forgot how it started) but basically, i explained to him all i know about weed. how it was a medicine, what its like. but when he asked me how i know i just said i did some research, and that i didnt smoke. (since my very first time, i havents really got any weed until school starts, so its a half-truth) well and he also knows now that i can get it from my friends and he really seem like he cares. he said maybe later on, he might try some when i get some (once). haha i just so glad inside. he said, yeah, from how i explained it, it probably wont be too much trouble, just as long as he doesnt get caught by the po-po's.


but i have 2 questions.

i read that marijuana isnt addictive, but alot of ppl on here talking about how theyre addicting and such. i couldve sworn i saw somewhere that once youre addictive, its fairly easy to quit. so my question is: is it addictive and if yes, how hard/long does it take to quit.

also, is there a way to use marijuana to quit cigarette smoking. im trying to help my dad find a way to quit. hes tried everything and all it does is make im get stressed and go crazy on his family. i told him ill try to do some research and find out if he marijuana can do that (i had some doubt inside about it though). he really wants to quit.

no people just think its "big" to say "man i smoke a Ounce or 2 a week" "im addicted" no1 is physically addicted it can be mentally addicted only if u have NO WILL POWER and are a complete fool :p

Andy, everyone is diffrent. Most of us dont have good self control which will definitly show and thats when you"ll know if anyone is addicted to marijuana (mentally). Have self control and make ur father proud. :D
