Does anyone know which parts of the plant are more potent?
I have not been a partaker of the herb for 8 years, have recently rejoined my one-hitter and the very basic"Yuppie 1/4 oz.-a-week"folks.With a few reliable sources at hand,I went lookin and came across a different scene, than 10 years ago. Now,it seems that some stuff is cheaper,if it has sticks, leafy is a bit more, then bud w./seed and bud/w.out seed, all the way to"solid"(otherswise meaning that bud which is suppose to be as potent in the stems and leaves as it is the heart of the hairy, frosty little sweet stuff).
I feel a need to get re-educated just a bit on the scene these days.

Your bud tips remain the most concentrated THC part of the plant.
Leaves and stems hold some, but very little THC.
As it was 8 years ago, bud without seed is still the weed of choice.

while it may be generally true that the less seeds the better, but not always. some of the most potent weed i have ever smoked had plenty of seeds in it.

Then think how much better it would have been if there were no seeds.
Once the plant starts using it's energy to produce seeds then the THC % will go down and that is a proven fact.
