alright people check this,

right boyz an gals its week 3 and i have repotted 4 the last time untill flowerin. i ran out off space an could only fit the last 9 r so in2 7 inch pots:o will they b ok in there where as the rest r in 10inch an just a bit smaller. will the smaller 1s b ok?
anyway the rest r takin 2 there new homes lovely,im veggin untill roughly they r 2 foot tall, not goin on time so im a bit off at the mo.:)
i started nutes @ very small amounts a couple of days ago and in between im waterin with just plain water so every second waterin r so im givin small amounts off nutes(iff i feel the need b)
any way any comments?:confused:
i have 8 flouros 4 the veg and the siol is 40-60 pearlite, all is lookin well but what do i know ? its my first grow.
any input appreciated

Red I think they are coming along fine and I think your smaller ones will be fine as well.

I wouldnt feed them anymore than once a week....anymore often is too much.

Are you adding superthrive?

If not, I would.

harddon i dont really get u bout the lite question. if u mean is that the way they always r?well i normally peg mylar, kinda like a wrap right round the whole grow, but yesterday when repottin i ran out off room and mylar so there is a section missin. but as i said temp. im just wrappin mylar round the whole lot.
could u explain ur q a bit more so i can rectify the situation?

nice1, if things work out ill do somethin similar 2 harddon so ill keep yall posted, and hopefully i get somethin decent.
i know the 1s in the smaller pots will not yeild as much but if they turn female ill repott and get rid off the male.
im usin sensi 2 part grow @ the mo, sparingly every second feed only started a couple days ago, 4 flowerin sensi 2 part bloom both r supposedy very good

nice1 ze im tryin my best not 2 stretch, this grow is a learnin curve 4 me i have a partner(nxt time i wont) an he isnt 2 pushy once there is light this chaps happy, well im not simple all the mylar and extra shit i bought even gettin elec money from him is hassle so he can fuck off nxt grow as i said a big learnin curve but its comein on nice @ the mo, i just wonder how many will turn(50percent) r fem seeds the rest not so we will c.

When you leave your grow area....you should not be able to see light.

As simple as that.

You dont want to be able to look at your grow area and see the actual bulb....

Just remember that for every bit of light you can see, that is light the plant isnt getting.

Light is either reflected or absorbed. If neither, then it travels forever.

In your grow setup, the more light you can see when you are standing outside of your area, is all light you are losing.

THis isnt bad unless you have insufficient light to begin with. If you have more than enuff light, on the plants, then spillage or leakage of light is fine.

But with floros.......especially with floros...each and every lumen is precious.

Just try and make the only thing absorbing light is the green foilage on the plants.

nice one harddon, i did remove a section from the top which was covered in mylar so i could take the pics, i otherwise, wherever there is gaps, peg some mylar round so the space is encapsulated in mylar. although there is a blind spot where i just can not cover it @ the mo. when i start flowerin, the tables gone and 2 600 watt hps lights r goin in. next grow ill b startin with less plants, more room, i went over board with 20 on my first grow, but cercumstance dictated this, nxt time will b fully in my control and all advice u have shared harddon will b used trust me man, i just wanna get this 1 out off the way, and start on my own nxt time, except for the very genoriouse help from the members here, harddon im gonna do somethin similar 2 u when its finished, i was goin 2 talk 2 u bout it if u can will u drop me a line r vice versa? let me know
