Some Dex Questions

My first is i took dxm at like 3:30 am and went to sleep at like 7am this morning and drank about only 2 onces cause thats all i had and my question is it safe to dose again tonight at like 12 am?

And my second is that i wanna try gelcaps now (the cough suryp makes me feel sick) i wanna hit the 2nd pleatue i weigh about 150 how many gelcaps would i need to take and the gelcaps are 15mg each thanks

i only weigh 130 and 600 mg gets me to a very high 2nd plateau, not really sure why this happens, cuz the recomended dose for me is around 550. Id say take 30 or 40 gel caps (450-600 mg)
