need some help

new to this,
went to 12/12 with HPS 1000, never scale back nurt.
what should the TDS be for blume and bud stage (mirco blume)
lost 1 to root rot (I think)
4 weeks into stage , they have nice buds but no big yield {small buds)
TDS are at 1000,
going to remix nurt.
is 500 TDS ok?
plants are tall but not yealding,
the one i lost had a massive root system going into water, is that ok?
at what size should i go into 12/12,
what a TDS for Veg. state

my water is at 135ppm out of tap

135 ppm out of tap is a bit high for growing hydro.

roots left in stagnant water will definitley root rot.

run as many airstones as you can in the resvoir that the roots are in.

Keep the water moving, this brings O2 into the water

How close is your light to the tops of your plants?

light is all the way up {plants are about 5 feet tall)2 feet from light
remix nurt. to 600ppm (mico blum)
the buds look like there starting to grow again
went back to the 1000 augo MH
was on 1000 HPS (got it from work,high bay lighting)
should i get a 1000 hps grow (are they the same bulb?)
will the life span of the plant go before there done budding
I read they used epison salt in water ,should I

got them this far
when do u start to flush with water
