So I read this and it really made me mad.

I read this guys website. He did time for flying coke into the US and YES that is wrong but read how he was set up....

This story is unbelievable!

The prosecutor and DEA planned the crime, carried it out, and then withheld evidence in order to present their false story to the jury.

There was no smuggling ring. This was a spectacular publicity stunt where the government claimed one of the largest drug seizures ever. The trial was the largest criminal trial ever held in the state of Virginia. Two of the defendants were kidnapped from Panama by the DEA. Immediately following our convictions, the DEA used this case to persuade President Reagan to send troops to Bolivia in an operation named â??Blast Furnaceâ?�. The purpose of the operation was to arrest the cocaine supplier, Roberto Suarez.

Several habeas corpuses have been filed and they were all summarily dismissed. So far, the government has gotten away clean with their crimes in this case and the prosecutors have not had to answer any of these charges. DEA agent, Donald Lincoln was promoted to the head of the DEA for the Western District of Virginia for his actions in this case.

One of the defendants died in prison. Numerous lives have been ruined and many assets were seized as a result of this case. I personally served ten years in federal prison and must serve 8 years of parole.

The real criminals in this case need to be exposed and brought to justice.
