in response to all the paranioa threads....

i decided to post this.....feel free to add to it as you feel is appropriate, but please keep this real.....keep in mind that alot of newbies may read this and take your advice to heart. and if you post something stupid that could have bad effects well, i'll just let karma deal with you.
~~~~~~STEPS TO ACHEIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE HIGH~~~~~~~~~

1. take a nice hot shower before hand, the more relaxed the better. remember marijuana is an ENHANCER meaning it will enhance pretty much everything you're feeling.

2. put on some nice music, stuff you just seem to be listening to all the time, mellow is better...but anything you're comfterable with will work.

3. don't smoke where you are afraid that you'll get caught, or new surroundings. be in a place you are completely comfterable with and somewhere you know very well (people seem to notice noises alot more when they're high, and if you don't know what's causing them it can lead to paranioa)

4. don't smoke on an empty stomach, i find that if i do smoke on an empty stomach no matter what all i'm going to be doing is eating....eating too much leads to nasuea, nasuea leads to a bad high.

5. find you a place to kick back and realax. i find it's best to smoke where you don't have to support you're body the whole time (i.e. standing up or sitting straight up in a chair) just lay back and chill

6. try to make sure you have atleast an hour to just be by yourself (or people that you are more than comfterable enough with to smoke infront of or act like a complete dumbass). the best highs come from the most relaxed moods.

7. have everything you might need within reach (stoners tend to forget stuff, so if you're having to get up every 5 minutes to get something that's not going to be a very nice high)

8. this goes back to 7 but it's important enough that it shall have it's own step. HAVE SOMETHING TO DRINK BY YOU! it's already a given you are going to get thirsty/cotton mouth. so be prepared...i find that if i don't get stuff to drink enough i tend to get sick feeling.

9. this is in here, because i don't know if other people trip on this or not but a friend of mine does everytime she hears them. IF YOU HEAR SIRENS QUIT TRIPPING, IF IT WERE THE POLICE COMING TO GET YOU THEY WOULD NOT WARN YOU BY BLARING THEIR SIRENS, and more times then not it's a firetruck/ambulance anyways.

10. if someone's knocking on the door and you aren't expecting anyone you don't have to get up and answer it. people always seem to show up at the wrong times, unless they know you're home, they can't possibly know you're in there. if it's important enough they will come back (of course this rule gets voided for alot of people, but those who can use this do so..it helps alot)

well that's all i can think of for now, like i said add in as you feel needed be. hope this helps some of you, and trust me most of these (if not all) well help give you a better high....i mean after all i only have 7 years of experience (yea sure it's nothing compared to some, but it's more than the majority here have) even if you don't have a paraniod type high this still might help some of you have the most enjoyable high ever.
