whats the rush hole for?

hey

i love my bong and has been using it solidn for about a month now (when i bought jit). would some1 tell me what the hell the rush holes actual purpose is????

is that the hole on the side?...if so so that more air goes into the bong quicker...resulting in you getting all the smoke quicker and with less effort?
i thought you pretty much had to use that if your doing bongs....unless you cream in up tilll there is nothing less.....or you might be talking about somthing completly different

dnt think so. if u leave the hole uncovered all u get is air no smoke

lol....cover the hole then when its as creamed as you want uncover it an d all the air flies in....

That's the point. You wait until the chamber is filled with smoke, then you let the air in and all the smoke goes into your lungs at once.

does it not make more sense just to like keep the hole covered and then keep sucking in more smoke instead of just 1 chamber full which isnt really that much

Well, generally I like to have no smoke in the chamber when I'm done with my hit. If I don't use the hole, there is usually smoke left in there that will go stale or escape while I'm holding my hit. If your bong is a size such that one chamber is not very much, keep sucking and release the hole when you're about done inhaling, to clear the last of the smoke into your lungs.

its called a carb why has no one said that yet

It doesn't have an official name. I call it a carb, but others call it a rush hole, a shottie, etc.

if this task is too difficult for you just put duct tape over the hole haha

your sposed to put your finger or palm over it to seal it while your hitting it, then when your almost out of breath move your hand and let air go in...:rolleyes:
