problem with smoke please help

ok so heres the thing, last time i smoked weed (too long ago) my friends and i smoked 2 bowls of our stuff, then a friend brought over some northern lights and we hit 2 more bowls of that, it was my first time trying northern, and that night like, i was crazy stoned and after like 3 4 hrs i got really sick, i threw up like 4 times that night, i thought it might just have been the stomach flu or something but now my friends and i r smoking a hookah and im starting to get the same thing, my stomach just kinda hurts w/ the smoke and its like my stomach just wont take it, ive stopped now but it just kinda hurts and even the smell is starting to make me sick, the only thing i can think of is that either im swallowing the smoke not inhaling it or ive developed an allergy or something, i dunno any help would be greatly appreciated this really sux, just some details, that time i smoked alot it had been awhile since my last time, i think 2 weeks, and now its been 3 since i last got high and even longer since we smoked the hookah, thats about it but ya i really dont want this to be a forever thing so i would love any help, thanks

dude you're just smoking too much.....don't over do it, don't be afriad to tell people "nah i'm cool" when they try to pass it to you, if you've already had enough....not once in my 7 years of smoking has a stoner ever gotten mad at me saying i've had enough i don't need no more, nor do i get mad when someone tells me that...fuck it more for me

u probly smoked to much. but one time i ate alot during the day and threw up when i smoked, but it olny happend once.

First time I used a water bong (2ft tall one, glass turns blue the more u smoke, huge bowl), it was with 4 people and they said we had 10 bowls, I only remeber the first 4. Basically I passed out in the car on the way to concert and dont remeber walking into the car nor do i remeber eating but i do remeber mumbling "im gonna puke" so i opened the door and unloaded while in line for parking everyone around us was cheering like crazy for me, there were some pictures my cuz took that i dont remeber, next thing i know the final band is on stage and after that i remember everything. That was back within my first month of smokin so my tolerance was so low, i wish i had it still. No clue on the strain or anything else bout the weed itself

ya that sounds alot like wut happened to me cept it was only 4 bowls not 10, 10 is ridiculous dude lol, but ya this has been my first summer smoking so i guess im just not used to it, ill try it w/ the hookah but it dint take long b4 my stomach started to hurt, anyways im glad no ones posted something about it being an allergic reaction, id die if i was allergic to weed, but ya thnx guys this had me pretty scared cuz i was worried i wouldnt be able to smoke anything forever

Also man..some of that hard hitting stuff...hookahs...bongs...gbongs......waterfalls.. ..ext....are just to much for some people.....so just try a couple normal bowls..and that might help also

lol mine wasn't as bad as a kid i just recently started smokin with. His first time he hit a gravity bong 2 times both full bowl hits after smokin an 8th blunt between 4 people and a j him self. Needless to say he didn't have very much of a good time.

.....i'd like to see some you that have problems wtih normal bongs take a few hits on my gasmask lol.....it's almost too much for me to handle
