Headaches

im new at smoking and everytime after i do smoke i seem to get a headache. am i doing something wrong?

shouldnt do u shud feel well good and chilled out and shit gets rid of pain are you smoking it with tabbacco coz it could be this but dont listen to me coz i dont know jack shit lol

Too much salt gives me a headache. Maybe thats the root of this.
