Seems to work for me. Might be a size issue - how large is the file you are trying to upload? Also, make sure it is one of the valid image file extentions: bmp, gif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, or png.
its smaller than req. an no bigger than any i have up loaded b4 ill try again now
