Showtime's new half-hour series "Weeds" is a blast, a wry, well-written look at the life of the pot dealer next door in small-screen suburbia.
i so want to fucking see that it looks so good, they had the guy from the show on eaither the jay leno show or conan o'brian it looked good
im going to capture it to my pc to dvd once season 1 is done ill sell them on the boards i do this shit all the time with sevral shows even have refs for it let me know if interested

Just watched Weeds - the weed looks so real on wide-screen HDTV ... the show is so halarious and twisted.
Definitely worth ordering Showtime - I also like the Penn & Teller Bullshit series on there.
Some cable providers will give a discount/free trial subscription for Showtime if one asks ... copying and selling the show hurts Showtime and reduces the odds they'll air such programs in the future; definitely worth the subscription price. Showtime seems to be willing to take risks, that even other premium channels won't take ... read somewhere that HBO was originally going to produce such a show, but passed on it.
Anyways, Weeds is worth seeing - makes me wonder what is going on in my neighborhood that I don't know about LOL!

yes the bullshit show is awesome. I'll record weeds on the DVR and I'll watch it when the first season is done. I did that with the sopranos so i could watch it all the way through. this way you don't have to forget things from week to week. ( I :confused: wonder what causes that?)
It reminds me of that movie "Saving Grace" (I think that was the name).
I thought the show was great, very funny.
I have heard that one of Bushes conservative and far right wing Christian supporter groups have a plan. "Their planā??s is to remove any show from TV the group finds offensive and not in their best interest." They have flooded the phone line with complaints and are issuing memos to other church groups to boycott Showtime.

I called Comcast last night and the operator said that Showtime is free for 3 months, then $10 a month after that--I recorded it on my dvr and can't wait till the kids go play (after it stops raining!) --and I thought I was the only cool soccor mom in her tri-fold chair donning dark glasses.
DAMN!!!!! just goes to show ya...you don't know what goes on behind closed doors ;)
