Cockroaches

These shits scare the fuck out of me. It can't be just me...does anyone know the "truths" about roaches man? Not that bullshit parents tell you when you are little cus whatever they said to me I think brainwashed me and manipulated my whole mindset on the insects. I'm not all that scared of spiders, crickets, flies, anything at all except roaches. To the point where I'd sleep under the covers rofl when I was young (not as much any more unless I am stoned and paranoid as shit). So someone help. How do i end this phobia? Besides facing it.

well, facing it is the only way. eating live roaches while laying in a nest of them should do.

i can't get over it either. they're just creepy ass creatures. just them being there doesn't bother me, but i can't stand to pick them up...same with spiders. both of those insects are just too sketchy for my liking.

That's how it is for most people, but for me...if I see one I will retreat. rofl. it's ridiculous. I could easily kill any one if I wanted.

it's good that you choose not to kill them, bad that you run from them. the only way to cure a phobia is to face it. pick one up, hold it your hand, DON'T BE AFRAID!

They can live with their head chopped off for 9 days before they starve to death... That shit is fucked up. It may sound wimpy... in fact it is, but when I see those things, I bolt faster than if I just saw a cop.

I just don't understand it. It's ironic that stoners are attracted to marijuana roaches, but are repelled by American cockroaches.
