i have been a bit lazy lately but i usually stay quite active.
I do weights every second day(used to do everyday until i was told to give your muscles time to heal.), and push ups crunches skipping etc every day.
I weight train
i do not exercise as much as i should.

i lift at school and home but i run because of coaches makin us run
Yes slackers unite! i never exercise.
i lift weights, do situps and push ups everyday for about a year now.
I do more yoga and dance then anything!!
