depends on what ya like is best i can guess
sativa seems to have great stress release qualities to me,
indica makes me eat and sleep more,and rest
a good mix is my preference
if i had to choose though one or the other as far as which one i think would kick my ass and put me on the couch
id say a nice indica please

and sativa makes me want to get up a do things more
i usually over exert myself feeling to dam good
