7 nodes, 1 foot tall...12/12 yet????

i was wondering if i can start the 12/12 yet????????my ppnat has 7 nodes, and is 1 maybe 1.5 foot tall.....can i start 12/12 yet (to induce flowering(right?????? :confused: )??????please help me....i just want a small plant with little amount of weed for pesonal use.....i got it under a fluroscent light right now for 13-18 hours a day....maybe a couple more hours on some days......let me know please..... :)

yea i would but just depends on how much room you have the plant prob will reach close to 3ft by harvest time

An irregular light cycle such as the one you decribed can very much stress a plant.
