I need info please respond quckly

Alright straight to business I havent smoked for 2 1/2 weeks and I did a 7 day cleansing program with detox pills and everything so I was clean...then My friend said last night that he could smoke the ngiht ebfore a drug test and just ru nalot and excercise al lday so he sweated the shit out of himself and he woudl pass...Well I smoekd last night and i was wondering how long 2 hits of decent midgrade woudl stay in my system after what I've stated above...I roof houses so I work 8 hour days in the Hot sun sweating my balls off everyday....I should have a drug test in as early as 1 day as late as 3 days...From my parents...It will be at a random time ect ect and my dad stands i nthe bathroo mwhile I piss cause he's caught me substituting..What can I do to flush my system of a 2 hit smoke in 2 weeks along with drinking water and sweating my ass off at work...
Wil lI be okay will I pass?
Please offer some advice/reassurance guys I appreciate it.
