I'm seeing that more as "street" talk than racist. It's kind of borderline, but I don't think that's quite crossing the line into racism. There's a distiction between someone saying something like "Yo, 'sup my nigga!?" and saying "Die, nigger, die!!"
What if you want to use nigger in "street talk" is that okay? Becuase if its not, thats stupid that nigga is okay. just IMO!
It's a little harder to distinguish, but if it's clear that it's "street talk", I'll probably let it slide. This just one of those things I have to take on a case-by-case basis. I'm not going to solidify a specific rule, because there will always be exceptions and mitigating circumstances to take into account. It's like pornography: I cannot define it, but I know it when I see it.
using the word 'nigger' is probably the worst one one can use and personally i'll take action against anyone using it. we have no use for such hate here...
