need help understanding complex bad trip problem

i used to take acid all the time with no problems at all,great times but last six times i have done i have bad trip,i mean scary and disabling. it goes like this. i get all confused,can't tell if it is reality or the trip. feels like i am in a ball. like a sharp pain in head ..where feels like i have to shit out my brain..i know it seems weird but can;t explain otherwise..it goes on and on..like keeps repeating self every few minutes. anyone else have similar expierience. i need to figure this out somehow.

Just know that what ever is happening is from the trip, and theres nothing wrong with you...just take the trip as it comes, dont ever question what is happening to yourself.

Just remember that you're hella high :)

yeah, if you start to question it'll go bad. and it really sucks when you've had two hits and can barely carry a conversation and your friends only had one. they made me think I was gay. m

something similar happened to me with mushrooms....the first 8 times i did them i had a great time....now every time i take them its just not the same......i keep thinking maybe its because i kind of set myself up for a bad trip when i first eat them by getting a little worried. anyways....i just recently went to a music festival and got this mushroom extract which gives you a different feeling....its so fun....maybe you should just try something else.....a whole lot of acid isnt too good for you anyway....

ive heard of people having bad trips but not after yrs of having good ones .. maybe it's just not very good acid .. or it could also be that you have more stress in your life now than before .. id try a lower dose next time and do it when you are in a good mood and when you have not so much stuff on your mind good luck and i hope you can figure it out

I'd agree with indre and ezjim. The first time you had a bad trip maybe you had some stress or were going through something. Taking psychedelics if your depressed or stressed out in any way is not good. I learned that the hard way. Now, you're probably so worried about having a bad trip that your worries are self fulfilling.

I used to eat a lot of mushrooms, pretty much weekly for 2-3 years. Then I had a really, really, really bad trip on 1/4 of shrooms shortly after breaking up with my live-in girlfriend. That was 10 years ago and I haven't had any psychedlics since then. I'd love to but just know that I'll have a bad trip simply because I'm worried it will happen. I never want to relive that trip so, sadly, no more psychedlics for me.

Since your still trying it sounds like your bad trips, fortunately, weren't as bad as mine was so you still have hope. Try telling yourself that it's only happening because your making it happen and if you can subconciously make yourself have a bad trip you can subconciously make yourself have a good trip too. With any luck your next trip will be as fun as your earlier trips.

yeah see now everytime u take 1 ur gonna be conciously aware it may be bad,, strait away that can subconciously cause a bad 1.. so definatly make sure ur stress free n lifes ok wen u do it, unless u wana take it to resolve issues n detox ur mindset..

cause most of all i say 'know WHY you wana take it' ... maybe u abuse it for a laugh so ur gettin bad 1s? i duno.. lsd is a mind WAR'p'in ride.. we are negative and positive as a person so we cant expect roses all the time. take it for the rite reasons n remember to smile n think happy thouts.. think cosmic man, get out of the planet.. i duno wat ur into but...

lsd is a mystical, inner self journy n mind ALTERING drug.. expanding our awareness,,, PERMANANTLY.. u even get telepathic on it? i kept wonderin if i opend my mouth and sed things i was thinkin, cause i was hearin my frends reply in my hed! thats confusin.

eyes like microscopes seein the atoms movin around...? i learned some great things from it wen i didnt know much... but it left me really AMPLIFIED feeling... and now i know loads of deep stuff cause i read a lot,, im keen to try agen! but its so rare around here, so i need to get some salvia =)
