i used to think that the whole DUI thing for skating was total butll shit but now i know why they have that, i was skatin back to my appt down a hill and like 20 feet away from my door my board flipped out and i ate sh and i think i broke my arm. im just sharing this as a warning to everyone. if your drunk and need to go somewhere, WALK.

umm...they really wouldn't need that law if people used common sense and didn't drink drunk or skate drunk or do much of anything drunk imho including walking.God forbid they end up where I might be.

I had a friend who walked to school drunk and got hit by a car. Lol what a dumbass.
He was ok though. Where I live is in a really hick ass area mostly dirt road and i do a shit load of walking. Not to many cars ever pass by until i get into town and by that time i'm sober enough to make it.
