My friend is gone forever.....

-Teen is charged in fatal police accident-
>A high-speed chase, a fatal accident, and now charges are handed down for those police say are responsible.
Last saterday, 24yr old rookie cop Owen Fisher died after a police car crashed into another police car.
On monday afternoon, 19yr old Cristopher Bentoski(my friend LiL Chris) was charged with seven felonies. The most serios one is manslaughter, which carries a 15yr sentence.
Police say Bentoski(LiL Chris) was driving the car they were trying to stop. Officers say they saw him with an open container of alcohol, which they say led to the chase, which they say ultimately led to the deadly accident.
Genessee county prosecuter David Leyton said, "These were very serios crimes. The community of Flint is mourning the death of officer Fisher and my office is reacting HARSHLY with the actions that we believe led to his death."
Christopher Bentoski's attorney says his client has a clean record and that the whole story isn't out there yet.
Prosecutors say they will charge 21yr old Linda Freeman(LiL Chris's girlfriend, who is also pregnant with his baby)with six felonies. They say she was a passenger in Bentoski's car.

Now, I am not saying that my friend is innocent, some one died, and he need be punished. But, since it was a cop that died, they are throwing the book at my boy. The police also beat my friends at the scene of the accident, when they found out that one of their policeman was killed. Chris has never done anything wrong in his life. He is a good kid and the best friend someone could have. I had to vent this out I hope I didnt blow anyones high.
-For all my people out in flint, pour some liquor out for my boy...I know I am.

i'm sorry honey. but i cannot do the one thing that caused this situation in the first place. it was the liquor that caused this and i cannot, as you phrased it, "pour some liquor out" for him?

Its a flint thing I guess....Im not asking you to drink, but to pour some out to bless the ground. Not important. thank you anyway.

dont do the crime if you cant do the time
and killing someone while driving drunk is murder(cop or no cop)
could have been your mother he hit or did that ever cross ya mind?

i lost both my grandmothers to a drunk fucking driver(ones own kid my aunt driving)
we all can make a mistakes,
even me ive been dui'd
but i stopped when the blue lights came on like a man and took what i had coming for my mistake of leaving that party drunk and trying to get home
i did not try to outrun them even though i ran a cop off the road so the cop said
if id of wrecked and killed someone i would not expect sympothy from anyone

just one thing i want to know is if the cops car hit another cop car how is it the kids fault, now im not sticking up for him drink driving is one of the things i hate the most but if it was the rookie cop hitting another cop car its not the kids fault unexperienced drivers r more likely to crash, especially in a high speed chase

You hit the nail on the head..that's a big 10-4 on what you said !

The young police officer,should have not died for such an irresponsible act,and my thoughts and prayers,are with his family. At least only one person died this time..and not an entire family,all at once..however,3 families will now be in anguish..for many years..and for some - to the end of their days.

Please don't drink and drive-folks !

Well..it's like Judge Judy says: "But for your actions..we would not be here..."

If the boy hadn't chose to drive with an open container..none of this would be happening..or would have happened. If he hadn't chose to flee..this would not have happened. In order to determine responsibility..one must look at the root cause.
