5-HTP supplement powder

When I last took mescaline I used the gelcaps of a 5-HTP supplement bottle, since taking them made me more dead and weak than high and chill. But I also know that taking them with weed is super fantastic. Except I only have the powder now.

My question is what's the best way to take the powder? Sprinkle it on weed? Drop it down my throat? Mix with water?
