New Poster First Grow- day 4

Greetings

I have grown a few times outdoors with average results, but that is no longer an option so I have decided to grow indoors.
(I really hate having to buy my Herb)

I am currently finishing up my first Grow Cab ( of which I will post pics and set-up info in the coming weeks) and have started the first grow.

Wanted opinions from other growers here about how my babies are looking so far.
Unknown Bagseed (for the 1st test grow) in a soil mix of Worm Cast/Canadian Peat/Humus/Perilite.
Soaked the seeds in a cup of distilled water w/ 1 drop of Superthrive for 12hrs.
First one (tallest one in the center) popped w/in 24hrs. The rest followed over the next 3 days (you can see the newset one just popping up today)
I removed the humidity dome after day 3. I am wondering if that was too soon.
The seedlings seem a little tall and Im worried about too much stretching or the soil drying out (its very arid where I live)
Germination Lighting is 2- 13w(60w) 800lumen cool-mini CFL's. 24/7

They will be moving up to 2- 26w(100w) 1700lumen warm CFL's after first transplant for vegging.
Speaking of which, should I transplant the first time into 4" or 6" pots?

Nah just another site that has a ton of good research....

I mainly go there to study in depth or when I get banned here.... :)
