found something yesterday

ok so i was walking down the street wit my friends n we were tryin to find weed really bad so i was lookin down at the grass n seen a tube n picked it up n realized it was glass n it had white burnt resin all over it n it has this stuff packed in it at this one spot that looks like pot n it was wet when i picked it up but it dried out n its not moldy n there is white resin all over that weed or tobacco (if it is tobacco i dont care cuz it will still get me high lol) n i was wondering wut it is n if its crack thats on it n should i smoke it or not n the effects of smoking it will be..
