lol my gf always complains of getting fat because of me getting her stoned she blames the munchies
even though shes skinny as hell
keep lots of fruit and pretzels (low sodium-if you can take it) around. drink tons of water. don't keep any bread in the house. and if you can make yourself go outside and walk. i've been tokin' for years and have my share of ups and down concerning weight. also being around the house all of the time with kids is challenging. stay strong.
Ive been trying to figure that one out for years! However, being stoned makes damn near anything taste good, like fruits and veggies are alot yummier. Fruit is nice because its juicy (and fresh and colorful) which helps with cotton-mouth. I tend to add cool whip, though - watch out for notorious little stoner add-ons, lol. :DQuote:

Force yourself to get up, go to the stove, and cook a full-blown meal. Something you've never tried before. This way, you'll not only be eating things that are probably better for you (make generous use of vegetables, natural oils, etc...), but you'll have a good way to polish up your cooking skills as well.
