ok were you aware before hand he was going to ask you to pay for it? if not then tell him fuck off that was his problem, he shoulda said something. if you did agree to pay him BUT there was never any pricing discussed refer to answer 1, he should have said something, especially if it's that damn expensive, if the you agreed to pay him and pricing was discussed before hand then your SOL for even agreeing to it. i personally would never pay anyone to smoke me up, if they dont' wanna do it then fine i'll just remember that when i got some and they want it.
