Brash's Canna-Coco Cookies
a coconut-flavoured cookie - half way between a macaroon and shortbread.
1 cup plain flour,
1 cup desiccated coconut,
half cup caster sugar,
teaspoon baking powder,
pinch salt,
1 egg,
100g (3.5 oz) cannabutter.
Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Sift flour and mix dry ingredients. Add egg and softened cannabutter, mix with fork until well combined. Knead with hands into ball of dough. Using spoon make small balls and flatten - place on oven tray and bake for 15 minutes, cool on rack.
makes about 36
depending on the strength of your cannabuter 1 or 2 cookies per normal dose. 3 - 4 for a profound sense of wellbeing

mmmm ... let me think about it, I'll get back to you once I try a few more recipies in the brash test kitchen. I've currently run out of cannabutter but I can use plain butter to test recpies I found in an old cookbook from the '60s.
