HELP!!

One time I was at my uncle's house and he was having a party with a bunch of his old buddies. I was downstairs with a bunch of my uncle's friends I had pretty much grown up knowing and hearing stories about. They were all jammin' out and the bassist there (Chris) I knew was a fuckin cokehead because I had met him before and talked to him. Anyways all the sudden they stop playing music and Chris starts walking around confused "Dude, where's my bowl". I was thinking this guys probably going to go outside and smoke a few bowls and whatnot when all of the sudden my uncle speaks up "We don't need that, come on." For my entire life I've known this man (my fuckin role model) and I had never known he was a stoner. It was the coolest day of my life. So, they all proceeded outside and on the way out I heard Chris say "What about your neice" and my uncle responded with "Ohh she's alright... (turning to me) aren't ya Kaela? We're gonna go smoke a joint okay?" I was like "Cool, can I come?" He thought I was joking so he just laughed and shut the door. Dammit. I sat with the few people that were driving a long ways to get home then I got bored and went upstairs. When I went upstairs I pulled my dad's girlfriend to a corner and asked her if she knew my uncle was a pothead. She said yeah, "unfortunately".

When I went back downstairs my uncle came up to me and started talking in German. I had no idea what he was saying and then he started dancing. I was cracking up. He said "Kaela, I want you to know just one little thing... I love you. You're the best kid ever." Shortly after my dad found out that they were smoking pot and he went outside with them (I thought.. YES! my dad's smoking with them! but he wasn't) and then we left. Since then, when my uncle talks to me he talks about weed... a lot. It's cool.

It would be very odd for me to ask him if I could smoke with him. I don't know if he would say "Yea, of course" or tell my dad to be worried about me. I don't know how to ask him. Maybe I should wait for him to approach me? Also, I'm 14 if that makes any difference. Maybe he thinks I'm too young or something.. idk.

he might be uneasy about the situation...due to your age. but shit, he's family. if you can't smoke with family, then who can you smoke with?

you'll never know unless you ask. and in case you take my advice and get in trouble (which i doubt) i apologize, beforehand.

read about weed and learn about it (the effects n wutnot) and find all the reasons why you should smoke it with him lol

like it doesn't stay in your system.. ur 14 so ur not gonna have a job, especially one that drug tests.. and lie to him, tell'm u've smoked a j with a friend once.. learn about it, so he'll be more comfortable..

I smoke ganja all the time with my aunt, and father...Although im 19, so it dont really matter to them. Mother doesn't smoke pot however, but I live with my G/f, so it doesn't really matter if she knew or not, I'm always getting high with my g/f, and my friends, been a party pretty much everyother day since the summer started...Thinking about hitting a pool bar before July ends.

... I have smoked pot before hahaha. Believe me, i definately know the effects. Telling my uncle i've smoked a few joints before would not be a lie. That sounds like a good plan.

That's not the problem of course.. i've never smoked with a family member before so idk what it'd be like or if he'd get upset w/ me for asking him.

according to my own statistics, the pot head uncles are usually going to be ok with it before anyone else, yes your age might hamper your success, but it is possible, NOW GET OUT THERE AND DO IT! :D

hahaha.. your own statistics? Here's my question once and for all:

How do I come about telling him that I smoke pot and want to smoke with him?
(ie: do I just go up and say "hey can ya light me up?" or do i start slow and build my way up to the final question.)

Hmmm, I was about 16 when I started smoking pot with my aunt, and the way I started was I caught the smell of pot in the air, and busted her ass in a joking way, but then I just said I do it all the time at my fathers, and after that been smoking pot with her ever since...So....I'm thinking a little jokin around, and then say something like how you did it all the time with who ever that might be close to you, (close friends/relatives if any), and he might let you smoke a joint with him, or a few bowls. ;)

most civilized nations have a age limit of 16 and i would have to agree on that you sound like a smart young lady and a lucky one at that with having a uncle and dad that care that much about you..im sure when your dad think's you are ready he will tell you.. take another year or 2 to be a kid before getting in to the drug scene.. starting when you are that young dosnt alaways end in disaster but it can damn sure cause unwanted problems
