Computer Help!

Okay, well I am willing to admit that now I know I am totally computer retarded! I am trying to edit a picture so that I can show a pic every time I post but it is always to large. Could someone edit my picture to make it fit?!?

this is going to sound dumb but how do i add it as an attachment?

use the "manage attachments" button on the reply page, brouse your computer to find the picture, then upload.
