I read somewhere that you just cut it and restart the flowering process. Not sure how far down you cut it though. I am going to do some reasearch on that today though so that I don't have to worry about germination and getting a female.
just turn your lights back to 24/0 and be sure to leave leaves on each limb that you want to come back.
So you don't cut the main cola?
you cut off all the buds while leaving as much greenery as possible. not all will come back...i get around 50-60% to regenerate going from indoor to out. just give em your full light and add your normal veg ferts and kick back and watch what happens...
I went for it on my best plant ... and shes regrowing.
I cut off all the main stalks down to about the second or third node. Trimmed off all the bud I could while leaving as much leafage as I could ... some of this I did by cutting the tops off the buds and just leaving the bottom bud leaves (the wrappers I like to call them).
Here's a 3 weeks after shot
How many times can you get away with this?
how do you people get stems to grow that thick? that looks like a tree trunk! or is it just the pic?
my plants' stems harden up real nice and support the whole plant well, but i've never had a main stem that even reached a full centimeter in diameter
stems get thick from having a fan on them from the day they emerge and also the length of veg time play roles.
exercise builds strong bones... thanks all, I think we covered that one
