I posted this story in another thread but I was wondering whats gonna happen to my friend. Last night he got busted for assault and battery (he was defending himself but whatever), and possession of weed. he was on probation, he got busted 4 months ago for selling weed at school. They took him away last nt and I heard he's at the training school. He's 16, do you think he's gonna be stuck there till he's 18?
I hate to say it, but yea, probably a real good chance of that. Whatever happens, write him and shit like that, I've done some time, and it makes a difference.
Thanks, I'll do that, I talked to his best friend today and they're gonna have a trial for all his charges. Ths doesn't sound too good but if theworst happens I'll write him like you said.
no fuckin way he'lll be in jail til hes 18.. ill bet anything on that.. im a true veteran of the joke of a system we call juvenile courts.
underage consumpion,public entoxication, curfew, assault, breaking and entering, positive for cocaine in drugtest while on probation, positive for marijuana, probation officer found my gun and my digis in my room with about 1000 baggies
but the douche bag never found the half pound in my room and my money...fuck the law
Alot depends on what state you live in. I don't know about Mass. (or Ohio) I live in Kansas, and I did a year in juvie for dirty UA and skipping school while on probation for criminal damage. Also, juvenile time isn't usually flat time like adult, alot depends on how well you play the system once your in.
