do it right now. If you are only 7 days into flower cycle switch to 24/7 of light for the next week or two. Don't worry it will flower again when the others catch up. The problem is the light will be very high for the new plants when it's perfect for the others. Is there a way you can raise the other plants until they catch up. You donā??t want them the same height but close so they get enough light.

24/7 means 24 hours a day 7 times a week. so you want your light on constantly for the next week or 2 as zandor has already adviced. gd luk

Dont waste the seeds.
Dont germinate them yet...wait 7 more weeks and do it right.
Or do like zandor said...re veg...but you will have height to light issues.

A milk crate is a good thing to place the smaller plants on until they catch up with the larger ones. You can also crop the top of the larger ones. They have the time to grow back and they will stay short and bushy too. That will increase the yield area and bud count.
